Where do teams practice?
British Elite North
Practices are held at Mother Teresa Catholic Elementary in Liberty Township, Ohio
British Elite South
Practices are held at Withamsville-Tobasco Elementary in Withamsville, Ohio. (Just off 275 at Beechmont).
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for committed players that have a great attitude, ability and love for the game and want to be in the most competitive environment for their playing level.
Why do you hold tryouts?
We want to ensure all players are playing at the right level in a team that is of similar playing level. Placements are not always fixed and players may be moved from season to season to ensure the correct playing level for their development.
What age teams do you offer?
We offer competitive teams for U8-U18 for both Boys and Girls.
Does everyone tryout including existing members?
Yes, each season we have new and returning players and we want to ensure every player is placed accordingly. Existing players attend tryouts to show they are still interested in remaining a member of British Elite. Existing player assessments will also include previous season/s with our club.
What if I can't make tryouts?
If you miss tryouts please reach out to us and we can try to arrange an individual tryout. Individual tryouts are not ideal as we like to evaluate players next to each other and in game situations. Please contact us at [email protected]
When will I receive my offer?
We send out offers within 24 hours of trying out. Usually, we send offers the same night as tryouts.
When/How do we to confirm our offer?
We want you to have time to think it over and make the right decision for your player. If you believe another club is a better fit for your player then that is completely fine. Please be aware that offers are given out and once team spaces are filled up your offer may change. You can confirm your spot by completing your membership deposit.
Who is our team coach?
Your coach will be confirmed as early as we can. Sometimes this isn't possible as we may have staff changes or it may be a new team. We always try to ensure you have the perfect coach for your team. All our coaching staff are experienced professional coaches and we want to ensure their skill set matches your team.
Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for any additional siblings that would like to play for British Elite. The discount will be applied to the additional sibling only and will be deducted from the end of the membership if paying monthly.
How does membership work?
We make every effort to ensure our club is affordable for everyone. We offer two types of membership - Silver(6 months) and Gold(12months). Whichever membership you choose you can either monthly or in full.
Why Silver and Gold?
We want the best soccer coaching to be available to everyone. We are the only club to offer monthly payments for soccer. We want soccer to be year-round and that’s why our memberships include camps, uniforms, discounts and more!
When are month payments taken?
Payments for monthly memberships are taken on the 1st of each month.
What if I want to cancel?
No refunds on Annual (In Full) Silver or Gold. For monthly memberships there is a 3-month cancellation fee but with no service during that 3 months. For example – Gold Monthly cancellation would be 3 monthly payments of $85 after you have cancelled. Total would be $255 cancellation fee. Cannot utilize services during the 3 months.
Cancellation notes
We want players to be free to play for whatever club they desire. We will not ‘lock you in’ to our club as long as all fees have been paid for the subscription you committed to. Any players returning to our club with owed monies will not be able to utilize our unique Gold monthly membership until monies owed have been received by British Elite.
